You deserve support, too.
You’re so focused on everyone else’s needs that somewhere along the way, your own well-being got pushed aside. Maybe you find yourself stuck in your head, constantly worrying, overthinking, and feeling like you’re the one holding everything together. I believe therapy can be a place where you finally feel supported, understood, and able to quiet some of the noise.
I love working with clients who are ready to engage honestly in the therapy process while also wanting gentleness, support, and real connection along the way. Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to hold everything together or filter the thoughts, fears, or feelings you’ve been carrying on your own — even the ones that feel messy, overwhelming, or hard to say out loud.
Together, we’ll work to better understand what’s happening in your mind and body while building practical tools you can use in your everyday life. We often explore the ways anxiety, stress, relationships, sleep, movement, self-care, and your relationship with food can all impact your emotional wellbeing and sense of connection to yourself.
Alongside insight and support, I also believe in helping you leave therapy with tangible skills, strategies, and resources that actually feel useful outside the therapy room. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, supported, and like your whole self again.
There’s no right way to show up here.

Many of my clients have spent years trying to understand themselves better — reading the books, listening to podcasts, talking things through with friends, and doing their best to manage the anxiety and overwhelm on their own. While those things can be helpful, therapy offers a different kind of support: a space to better understand the patterns keeping you stuck while also creating meaningful, lasting change. I believe insight is important, but therapy shouldn’t stop there. Alongside processing and support, I help clients build practical tools, challenge unhelpful patterns, and better understand what’s happening in their mind and body.

I am trained in evidence-based approaches, including ERP for anxiety and OCD-related concerns, ART for trauma, and am a certified perinatal mental health provider with advanced training in pregnancy and postpartum mental health.
Beyond my professional experience, I also understand firsthand how overwhelming and emotionally complex major life transitions can be. As a mother who has experienced challenges including loss and complications during pregnancy and delivery, I know how isolating, scary, and life-altering these experiences can feel. My goal is to create a space where you feel deeply understood, supported, and never alone in what you’re carrying.

Clients often describe me as warm, approachable, and easy to talk to. I believe therapy can be both meaningful and human — a space where there’s room for honesty, emotion, humor, and the messy realities of everyday life without fear of judgment.
Many clients share that they quickly feel comfortable opening up about thoughts, fears, or experiences they haven’t been able to say out loud before. Alongside offering support and understanding, I also believe in helping clients build practical tools, gain insight into their patterns, and stay accountable to the changes they want to make. My goal is to help you feel deeply supported while also feeling more equipped and confident in your everyday life.
