We are a self-pay practice and do not bill insurance directly, though we can provide superbills for clients who wish to pursue out-of-network reimbursement.
Remaining out-of-network was a thoughtful choice that allows us to put your care first. Rather than being limited by insurance requirements, we have the flexibility to tailor therapy to your unique needs and focus on providing personalized, high-quality care.

Yes! We offer both in-person sessions in St. Paul, Minnesota and virtual therapy for clients located anywhere in Minnesota.

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Late cancellations and missed appointments prevent us from offering that time to someone else who may be waiting for support. We understand that life happens, and our cancellation policy helps us respect everyone's time while maintaining consistency in care.
